- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information, and operating system, collected automatically when you access the Service.

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

- Property matching — to personalise your dashboard and match you with relevant property deals based on your investment preferences.

- Stripe — our payment processor. Stripe handles all payment transactions and stores your card details securely in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
- Supabase — our database hosting provider. Your account data and preferences are stored securely on Supabase infrastructure.
- Meta / Facebook — we use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and audience targeting. Data shared with Meta is anonymised and used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
- Airtable — used for CRM and internal operations to manage member communications and support.
- WordPress — our website hosting and content management system.
We do not sell your personal data to any third parties. We only share data with the providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to deliver the Service.
Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy:
- Account data — retained while your subscription is active, plus 12 months after cancellation to allow for account reactivation. After this period, your data will be deleted or anonymised.
- Payment records — retained for 6 years after the transaction date, in accordance with HMRC requirements for financial record-keeping.
- Marketing consent records — retained for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
- Usage and analytics data — retained in anonymised form for platform improvement purposes.
